Account data, business-user identifiers, organization profiles, role and membership data, project records, marketplace interactions, interests, partnership requests, messages, uploaded documents, billing events, audit logs and technical security logs may be processed to operate the platform.
Why we process data
Data is used for authentication, organization verification, marketplace publishing, matching, Deal Room collaboration, notifications, billing, customer support, abuse prevention, platform security and legal or contractual record keeping.
Authentication and verification
Login identifiers, verification status, business contact data and audit events are processed to protect accounts, determine access rights and reduce misuse inside private marketplace and Deal Room workflows.
Service providers
Production deployments may use infrastructure, hosting, authentication, database, storage, email, payment and monitoring providers. The final commercial operator should maintain an up-to-date subprocessor list.
Retention
Business records, project records, documents, billing events and logs may be retained as required for platform operation, disputes, accounting, security, auditability and legal obligations.
User rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export of personal data. Organization-level business records may need to be retained where legally required.
