These terms define baseline business rules for using CONSAI Solar OS. They must be reviewed and adapted to the final operating entity and jurisdiction before commercial launch.
Platform purpose
CONSAI Solar OS provides business-to-business workflows for renewable-energy project discovery, organization verification, project-readiness review, marketplace matching, private Deal Rooms, messaging, documents and related notifications.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of organization profiles, project data, land listings, product listings, service listings, uploaded documents and marketplace communications.
No investment advice
Marketplace information, readiness scores and platform recommendations are decision-support tools only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, technical or investment advice.
Verification and access
Certain marketplace details, publishing actions, messaging, document workflows, Deal Rooms and billing features may require organization verification, active subscription and role-based permissions.
Confidentiality
Users must treat non-public organization, project, document, message and Deal Room content as confidential unless they have the right to disclose it.
Billing
Paid plans, seat limits, renewal terms and payment processing are shown during checkout. Access may be limited if payment fails, a subscription expires or plan limits are exceeded.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful content, bypass access controls, scrape private data, attack the service, impersonate another organization or misuse marketplace contact paths.
Availability
The service may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, infrastructure events, security incidents or other operational factors.
